Once you complete the online registration process, a confirmation message will display on the screen. A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address used during the registration process.
Yes, we encourage you to bring your colleagues with you to the City Tour London! You will have the option to “Add Another Person” during the registration process on the Checkout page.
Yes! You are eligible for a group discount if you register two or more people from your company. You do not need a discount code; the system will adjust your total automatically. If you book a group reservation and you have to cancel, see cancellation policy below.
Due to space limitations and the popularity of this event, we strongly recommend registering in advance.
Cancellations received on or before 10 October 2016 will be fully refunded. Cancellations received on or after 11 October are not refundable. You may, however, transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until 3 November 2016. To make adjustments to your registration, please log in and select “Make A Substitution” to transfer your registration to another person or “Cancel” to cancel your registration.
If you booked the group reservation for your company and you have to cancel, your guests’ registrations will also be cancelled. To avoid this, transfer your registration to one of the other guests in your group before cancelling. If your registrations then go below the minimum number of attendees required for the group discount, your registration pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
